I've spent most of my life in schools, first as a teacher and later as a school administrator. The moments that still matter most to me are simple ones. A lesson that clicks. A good conversation with a colleague. Walking out at the end of the day knowing the work mattered.
I help teachers and school leaders think innovatively so they can become better versions of themselves. A lot of that work happens through conversation. I like writing and sharing ideas on LinkedIn, working on books, and sitting down over coffee to talk through challenges, possibilities, and new ways schools can work better.
At heart, I’m still a high school teacher who loves teaching civics and government and helping students understand the world they’re stepping into.
