I’ve spent most of my life in schools, first as a teacher and now as a school leader. The moments that still matter most are simple. A lesson that clicks. A meaningful conversation. Ending the day knowing the work mattered.

Over time, I’ve come to believe education is about more than content or performance. It is about formation. It’s about who students are becoming and how the adults around them shape that with intention.

I help parents and educators lead and educate with clarity and purpose by turning faith and formation into practical ideas for everyday school and home life.

I do that through writing, conversation, and shared reflection. I write on Substack and LinkedIn, work on books, and enjoy talking through better ways to approach school and leadership.

At heart, I’m still a teacher. I love helping students understand the world they’re stepping into and supporting the people leading them.
